I ordered a fire and surround not even advertised on the Heatforce website... It was ordered and fitted without any problem. I found staff very accommodating and helpful. The fitters were also great taking time and effort to do the job properly and I am thrilled with the result. The fire and surround are exactly what I was looking for.
